This is a wood door that needs a proper overhang if used as an exterior door. Exterior wood doors must be sealed every year. This door can be bored in our custom shop for hinges and hardware.

This is a one of a kind item sold as a "surplus" product. Surplus can be returns or have some blemishes. Any damages will be noted but all doors should be fully inspected.
