Store Policy

Payments

  • We accept cash, checks (with valid driver's license), Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

Special Orders

  • All special order items must be paid in full at the time of order.
  • We are not responsible for items not picked up after 30 days.

Returns

  • Returns on stock material only:
    • Within 14 days of purchase
    • With valid sales receipt
    • No damage to product
    • All cash refunds over $100 will be paid out with a check
  • Without a receipt store credit will be issued
  • Surplus items are sold as is and must be inspected before leaving store. No returns on surplus items.
  • No returns on special orders
  • We do not offer price adjustments for merchandise purchased prior to a promotion or sale

Delivery Policy

Delivery available in local area only. We are currently only delivering to Rhode Island and the following Massachusetts counties:  Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth, Bristol, and Barnstable Counties. 

  • Tailgate delivery service available in local area (within 30 minute drive of store in Fall River, MA), starting at $100 and up. Delivery charges are based on location and merchandise purchased. Our drivers do not deliver items into homes - you must have someone on site available to unload.
  • Outside of local radius, deliveries start at $150 and up. We are currently only serving Rhode Island and the following Massachusetts counties: Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth, Bristol and Barnstable
