Cooper Stairworks hardwood treads are a great addition to any stair case. Our standard treads are nosed one edge, square three sides, sanded face and unfinished. This tread is reversible with returned end.

The treads are made of solid oak. The thickness is solid and the depth (11-1/2") is laminated from front to back. There are solid pieces of wood that range from 2-4 inches wide glued up to make up the depth. The treads are not plywood or veneered.
